Right-click the FIFA Manager 13 executable (.exe) file or its desktop shortcut. Select Properties and navigate to the Compatibility tab.
Open the downloaded folder and look inside the x32 folder (even if you have a 64-bit PC, the game is 32-bit). Copy the d3d9.dll file.
