Navigate to your Diagbox installation folder (usually C:\AWRoot\bin\fi\ ) or the folder containing your downloaded drivers.
Without the correct driver, the Diagbox software will return "Communication Error" or fail to detect the VCI (Vehicle Communication Interface) entirely.
